Popular Juju/Gospel Musician Yinka Ayefele's N200million Property To Be Demolished

Popular Juju/gospel musician, Yinka Ayefele, is troubled. Why? He is about to lose one of his pricey investments located in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital. Just a few weeks ago, his magnificent edifice was said to have been earmarked for demolition by the Oyo state government. It is said to be worth over N200m.
The Yinka Ayefele Music House, as the property is known, has within its premises, an internet radio station, a standard studio, and several offices. It is also said to provide employment for about 100 people.
Already, the musician is frantically trying to get the state government to rescind its decision that would see his years of toiling go down the drain. The demolition is to give way to a road expansion project.
